Dance Floor Size

Our dance floors come in portable panels sized 3' x 4' and 4 x 4'.
Use the two calculation options and/or the charts below to determine how many panels you need.

How to Calculate

Calculate By Guest Count

  1. Determine your approximate guest count
  2. Divide by either 2, 3, 4 (based on preference) to determine the square footage needed. 
  3. Rule of Thumb: 3 square Feet Per Person is Standard. But no less than 2 and no more than 4 square Feet.
  4. Use the Charts Below to determine to how many panels you need to order to fit your guests. 
  5. Do not forget to check that your venue has the space! Use the sqaure footage column to cross reference with your event space 

 

Calculate By Event Size

  1. Determine the length and width of the area you would like to place the dance floor. 
  2. Multiply the length and width to determine the square footage needed. 
  3. Use the Charts Below to determine to how many panels you need to order to fit your guests. 
  4. Do not forget to check that it is enough space for your guests. Rule of Thumb: 3 square Feet Per Person is Standard. But no less than 2 and no more than 4 square Feet.
